Cloud Drum and Drum Mask prints

The Cloud Drum and Drum Mask series are digital prints created by computer programs written by Gordon Monro. They are derived from the mathematics of a vibrating drum, and can be regarded as "virtual photographs" of something that only exists in the memory of a computer. The prints are related to the installation Cloud Drum and the video Drum Mask, though the prints are generated at much higher resolution than a video projector can manage.
